Agency Communication Representative
The primary responsibility of the Agency Communication Representative (ACR) is to set up and manage appointments for the Agency and collect information from our clients to keep our records up to date.This part time position will require exceptional communication skills and attention to detail in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Hours will be 2PM - 7PM Monday - Thursday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities are not limited to but do include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Call our customers from lists provided.
- Manage our online calender system.
- Follow up with customers to confirm or change appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area at all times.
- Handle inquiries from customers as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
Strong communication skills.
Must be able to handle several tasks simultaneously ensuring that each task is completed quickly, effectively, professionally, and with the highest level of quality.
Efficient time management skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
